Shipment
Within Germany
We ship our goods with a parcel service of our choice (usually DHL). Unless otherwise stated, the shipping time within Germany is 1-2 days. The shipping of a standard package (shirts or hoodies) within Germany is calculated with a shipping fee of €4.95 . For Austria we also charge a shipping fee of €4.95.
In the EU
For shipping to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom and Cyprus we charge 7.95€ shipping costs.
Outside of the EU
For shipping to countries outside the EU, we charge shipping costs of €20.00. In this case, no return label is included, which means that the customer bears the costs of the return.
right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies to shipping within Germany and Austria. You have the right to return any unused and unwashed item ( original condition ) of your order within one hundred days without giving a reason and to revoke the purchase. The cancellation period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. For orders outside of Germany and Austria, the customer bears the costs of returning the goods.

With your order you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation, in which you will find a link to register your return. You can use this link to create a shipping label with which you can return your package free of charge within Germany and Austria . You can find detailed instructions on how to do this here . Free returns only apply to partial returns .
If you send the entire delivery back, we charge a return shipping fee of €4.95 . This means that we will retain the shipping costs you paid for the return when you made the purchase.
coupons
Vouchers can only be redeemed during the ordering process. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. If multiple coupon codes are entered, the coupon with the highest value will be applied.
If you pay for your goods using a combination of vouchers and another payment method and then return part of your order, the amount to be refunded will be transferred back to your voucher as a priority.
Vouchers are non-refundable.

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, the goods can be shipped the same day.
PayPal
You can pay by Paypal, there are no transfer fees for payments from abroad.
Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ) , Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case and an additional contract is concluded with Klarna Bank AB:
- Invoice: The payment period is [14] days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket or – in the case of other services – the provision of the service. You can find the complete billing conditions for Germany here . If there are problems with the invoice, please contact Klarna directly, as Klarna is responsible for the invoices due to the contract concluded with your purchase, and we do not receive any information about your payments.
- Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the conditions specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. - Immediately: Available in Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
