How does returns work at NOORLYS? 

We have decided to completely dispense with paper for our shipments and have therefore made our returns management completely digital for you. 

We have summarized how to register your return with us and receive your parcel label here:

• You have receivedan order confirmationby e-mailafter your purchase , here you will find the link to our returns portal and your order number.
  Alternatively, you can find the link to our German portal here: https://noorlys.returnsportal.online/
  and to our Swiss returns portal here: https://return.exporto.de/c68431/249/login
• Please enter your order number and your e-mail address (the e-mail address from which you placed your order) so that we can assign your shipment.
  
• Please select the item you wish to return. 
  
• Please give a reason for your return. This will help us to keep improving our NOORLYS products.
  
• Now you can choose whether you would like to exchangethe item , receive a store credit or we should refund your money.
  ⇨ If the size is not available for an exchange, it will be crossed out in the exchange process and an exchange is not possible.
  If you want to exchange for a completely different item, we recommend that you choose the "Shop credit" refund option. There is no other way to display such an exchange.
• Please check your data again in the next step.
  
• Now you can print your DHL label print it out or your QR code save. This will also be sent to you again by e-mail.
  
• Congratulations! Your return is now registered with us and can be sent to us.
• As soon as your return has been processed by us, your exchange will be sent, your voucher code for store credit created, or your money refunded.

We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. It should therefore be processed within two to three days of arrival at our warehouse.
